Scout $ - Diamond Has Fine Showcase Performance
Bill Greene of SuperPrep.com, Mar 3, 2010

A little raw but with a 6'6", 285 lb frame as a sophomore, Diamond has a good base to work with... He was the top underclassmen lineman at the event... He's already getting interest from Ohio State, E. Michigan, Arizona, Miami-FL, & some others... An OSU coach has been to his school & he has serious interest in the Buckeyes... Sounds as interested more in _ichigan... Would prefer to stay close to home & would love to play in the Big Ten...

Forward Thinking: Recruiting Profile: Jordan Diamond

Recruiting: So far he hasn't received any offers, but Simeon is a fairly high profile school, which has gotten him early attention. He's receiving mail and interest from Miami (Fl), Arizona, Ohio State, MSU, and UM. He's expressed a desire to stay closer to home, and has talked about how much he'd love to play in the Big Ten. While he says that the Buckeyes will be a major player in his recruitment, Michigan has been his favorite school since sixth grade. He walked into the new practice facilities and was blown away, and he loves the campus. He wants to play in a run-heavy offense, because he loves run blocking. Additionally, his 2011 teammate, OG Chris Bryant, has a Michigan offer and is very interested. If Michigan offers soon, I think they'll be in the driver's seat.

Diamond in Madison: Simeon junior offensive tackle Jordan Diamond (6-6, 289) added a scholarship offer last weekend from Wisconsin after making an unofficial visit to Madison for the Badgers' 70-23 win over Northwestern.

"It was the first time I've been to Wisconsin and I really liked what I saw," Diamond said. "I still need to learn more about the school and the football program, but it's good to get an offer from them."

Diamond also has offers from Arizona and Illinois.

Chicago Simeon offensive tackle Jordan Diamond holds offers from Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Michigan State, Northwestern, Notre Dame and Wisconsin.

Diamond has made visits to Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State and Wisconsin. He plans to check out Iowa, Notre Dame and Wisconsin soon for junior days.

It looks like he could make a decision this summer. If it doesn't happen then, Diamond would like to wait until after his senior season.
