By Noon...hearing from schools such as OSU, Auburn (verbal offer), LSU and South Florida...Coach Johnson has been in touch with Evan and his twin brother Devin (they would like to go to school together)...camped at OSU this summer and has no problem leaving Florida.

The Bank was pretty high on this kid after camp...
 
I just clicked on his Rivals profile. He lists 4 colleges being considered at this point. The good news is, he lists us first, the bad news is, the other three are southern schools, USF, LSU, and Auburn.

You guys all know the; when your the only northern school listed..........

I dunno how heavily we'll pursue given the limited numbers and strong OL class in Ohio, but this kid is an animal. Incredible mobility and very tenacious. Probably an interior guy due to his height, but he is super impressive....

Wow, that film was very impressive. I would love to see a offer go his way, we would have to find a spot for him.

From SunStateFootball.com...says he will make an official to OSU if they offer...hoping to build a relationship with Coach Johnson...talks about his strengths and thinks he can contribute early in his career.

I wouldn't wait to offer this kid...he along with Kalis would be a great pair of OTs in 2012...

Goodman settles in

It's going to be a very busy recruiting season for offensive lineman Evan Goodman (Lakeland, Fla./Lakeland), who has already taken visits to Miami, Florida and Florida State and plans more real soon.

"I have a bunch of schools that have offered and are talking to me," Goodman said. "I'll probably just stay in state for spring break and take a bunch of visits over the summer."

Among the 6-3, 270-pounder's out-of-state offers are Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Louisville and Arizona State.

Arizona State might seem out of place in a very Southeast/East Coast-dominated list of offers but the Sun Devils have a slight advantage. Evan's older brother, Devin, signed with ASU in February and will head west over the summer.

"He is real happy with his choice and loves ASU," Evan Goodman said. "I'm sure he's going to tell me about it all the time and they will be in the discussion."
