Justin Horton achieves the top SPARQ rating so far in 2011 - ESPN

Rising Senior Honorable Mentions

Herb Waters, WR, Homestead (Homestead, Fla.)

Waters should continue a strong early offseason swell of attention that has been coming his way after a dynamic showing Saturday. The 5-foot-11 1/2, 173-pound wideout clocked one of the combine?s fastest 40-yard dashes at 4.51, but also showed remarkable explosive strength with a 41-foot power ball toss on his way to the event?s second-best SPARQ Rating at 102.63. Waters led Homestead in rushing last fall on a quarterback-challenged team, but his physical ability should not have him waiting much longer for scholarship offer No. 1.

Rivals $ - Waters ready to check out OSU

11/15

By Givler...committed to Miami but keeping his options open and has been talking with Coach Drayton...talks about the major he is interested in and has officials planned to Vandy and Miami with UCF and UNC possible getting the last two.

Those who pay attention to our visits thread have known this visit has been in the works for a while thanks to Coach Drayton. Interesting that OSU has two WRs from Florida, both committed to Miami, visiting this weekend...maybe Stanford's interest in OSU is waning?
