There is some blackjack strategy systems that say 'no'. But they are very conservative systems.

But then again if you are counting cards then the answer depends on how rich the deck is with 10s :biggrin:

If there is a theoretical infintine number of cards, then... yeah, pretty much.

As Piney Points out, if for some reason you think you're in an unfavorable situation card wise, might not be a good time to up bets.

If you're side counting aces (and there are a lot) or you think there aren't many 10's out there...

Exactly.

If you can't count cards, then ALWAYS double down on 11.

Here's a strategy I recommend.


1. When the blackjack dealer tries to give you another hand - put your hand up and say "no thank you."

2. Pick up all your chips

3. Walk over to the Craps table - begin playing.

4. Have fun, win money

Fuckin' Right!!!

I rolled for about 15 mins last weekend in NY befored I busted. I made alot of money at that table for me and everyone else. I hit hard 10 4 times during that.
