So since 1996, the Division III, Caltech Beavers have lost every basketball game they've played. However, that all changed today as the 11 year, 207 game drought came to an end as the Beavers pounded Bard College of New York 81-52.
The school while not known for its athleticism is very well known for its cranial capacity... or something like that. Dudes like Albert Einstein and some 31 Nobel Peace Prize winners have taught and studied at the university.
Now its time for Caltech to take on the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, where they have lost their last 245 consecutive conference games, spanning 22 years.
Pretty sad... even without athletic scholarships...
