In the latest Scout piece, Jackson talks about how he'd like to receive offers from Ohio State, scUM, and Notre Dame. He's impressed with Coach Tressel after reading The Winners Manual and he's impressed with Big outHouse.

Pretty glowing comments by Jackson on tOSU.

I have seen him a few times in person and he is pretty much the prototype receiver. He has a little bit of it all. Size, speed, route running, play making ability, etc.

Just a nice all around package.

Oklahoma verbally offered after seeing him at their camp, so they really liked him a lot.

Based on distance I would put him right on the edge of talented enough to be able to earn a tOSU offer.

He also has a twin brother named Kenzee Jackson and few other players on his team that will be D1 prospects.
