Marquis Teague's much-anticipated college decision could be coming soon.

Shawn Teague, father of the standout Pike High School basketball player, said his son "will make the decision whenever he wants to make it."

"We've talked about it the last couple weeks," Shawn Teague said. "We wanted him to have a chance to see all the teams he was looking at, and he's done that. So it's really up to him now to make that decision."

The 6-1 junior guard, ranked No. 2 in his class by Rivals.com, was named to the fourth team of Parade magazine's All-America squad Thursday. He is considering scholarship offers from Cincinnati, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisville and Purdue.

Louisville coach Rick Pitino on Thursday received a contract extension that will run through the 2013 season.

"It definitely helps that situation," Shawn Teague said. "It shows that he's going to be there for a while."

Word down here in Kentucky is that Labron is recruiting for UK. People are saying that he and Calipari are in agreement that if he (Lebron) recruits for UK then Calipari will encourage the player to sign with Lebron's agents, which are obviously his buddies.

lebron's agent has been involved with calipari for a long time. leon rose, lebron's agent, is simply a puppet figure for worldwide wes. without www, rose is a nobody in the sports industry. william wesley, leon rose, lebron james, and calipari will continue their cabal indefinitely. the days of lebron claiming that he is a buckeye are over. he is a kentucky wildcat fan.
