If you don't mind, would you watch his delivery tonight? To my eye, he's low and very side-armed. I'm curious if they're going to have yet another major passing project to cope with up there (following Robinson and Gardner).

My thought process is sort of scatterbrained right now, but bare with me. My alums shut him out 14-0. His delivery was very slow, also low, as you said. Maybe it was my vantage point, but I didn't notice it being side-armed. Sousa might as well have said outloud to the defense who he's throwing to, because it was very easy to read. He made a total of maybe 2 quality throws all night.. I really can't imagine seeing this kid anything higher than 3rd on the scUM depth chart at any given time.

He had a bad delivery, held on to the ball far too long, and was totally inept when it came to how much muscle to put on what ball. The tight, in-routes that you see all quarterbacks fire in were totally out of his range. He often times lobbed balls, short, across the middle. He was pounded all night by the defense because he held onto the ball far too long. He couldn't get his offense to stay on the field at any point in time, and I was remarkable unimpressed. I saw Tebow come to that stadium I think 6 years ago and win 63-7 with some impressive throws and runs. This kid comes in and looks clueless. He has arm strength though, I did see him rocket in a few passes, although, none were on target, or necessary for that particular route or coverage.. So of course, none of them were caught.

To be honest, I don't know how he earned a 3 star rating. I hope he plays at Michigan. Ball security was also a problem. It was a wet night, but he had a lot of trouble hanging on to the ball even still. It seemed to be jostled loose every time he was hit.
