(10) tOSU vs. (2) Arizona, Sat 3/21 @ 5:15p ET, CBS

No scorers. And doesn't help when Arizona has career nights from 2 players that don't usually score. We relied too much on Deangelo. Was kind of hoping we would see Kbd a lot more.
We have no scorers besides Deangelo because we don't play but 6 to 7 guys and really to heavily on our go to player. We have other guys that can score, but we don't groom and integrate them into the game.

I have not seen McConnell play this year but I have spoke to a few 'Zona fans that compare him to Aaron Craft. Not as tenacious of a defender but a much more polished offensive player than AC. Zona did not play their best game but OSU did play them pretty tough defensively for more than half the game. One of these days Thad will learn to develop better depth. As much as I hate to see the season end, I won't miss watching this team play. The last two seasons have been painful to watch. Hope that Russell returns, Loving hits the gym and gets stronger. Hope that the big guys coming in can perform better than McDonald, Williams and Lee. Sad to see when our best post player is Tate. And hope the guys returning and the guys coming in can make some FT's.

Who are the "Big Guys" coming in. I was always hoping that someday Amir Williams could really surprise us but it never came to be. It just seemed to me, his footwork was not that good.

They played with a lot of fire and toughness, especially in such a mismatch of size. Amir fought hard.

In the end, the second half began and they were who we thought they were. A team of non scorers who need a freshman to take almost every shot because the others struggle to convert. He shouldn't force things but him doing so is usually a better option than wide open shots from Thompson, Williams and sometimes tate and Scott.

I agree with the lack of rebounding from Thad's teams over the years and the lack of utilization of the back up wings, but this just wasn't a very good team.

I just wanted to see heart and fight and I saw that for most of this week.

I hope DAR does what's best for him. He has a lot of things to improve upon but this isn't the nfl.

When you come back in basketball, those flaws become weaknesses. Right now his potential is remarkable. If he does not improve as much as expected during a sophomore college season, he could slide in the next draft. That's without considering a potential injury.
