From OhioVarsity...the usual great breakdown by Mike Parris...early projections are for lower Big 10.

By BK...was at OSU's junior day...hearing from the likes of Ohio State, Michigan State, Cincinnati, North Carolina State, Vanderbilt, UCLA and Maryland.

Gotta agree with Parris, probably an Indiana or Northwestern type of guy, maybe MSU, but don't be fooled...he is a player. He really impressed me more than Josh Jones (UC commit) in the title game against Iggy. I wasn't aware that he was a junior. In any event, I could see him piling up a decent offer list.

Hoosiers lead for Ohio wide receiver

Wide receiver Tim O'Conner (Cincinnati, Ohio/Elder) has had a scholarship offer from Indiana since the spring.

"That's still my only offer," O'Conner said. "I went to the Purdue camp. I hear a lot from Louisville and Vanderbilt, and I'm still talking to Northwestern, UC and Minnesota. A lot of schools have said they want to see my first couple games this season."

The 6-4, 190-pounder caught 71 passes for 1,004 yards and 13 touchdowns during his junior season. He is also an outstanding center fielder on the Elder baseball team.

"I'm torn between football and baseball in college," O'Conner said. "Indiana is definitely my top school by far for football."

O'Conner's older brother Billy O'Conner played baseball at Cincinnati for two years, before transferring to Xavier.
