From the MSU site...recaps his visit to MSU for their junior day back in February...has trips planned to Ohio, Toledo, and Michigan and Northwestern...wants to play in the Big 10.

I just realized this update was about Moeller TE David Schneider...not Avon Lake's Dan Schneider...

Wolford making USC presence felt in Midwest

By Eric Guimaraes
TE Dan Schneider (6-4 230) of Avon Lake, OH says he has received some correspondence from USC but nothing he would consider too serious. However, Eric Wolford has spoken with one of his teammates, offensive lineman Christian Pace. "I know they've talked," said Schneider. "He (Pace) said that Wolford told him they needed to see be run before they look at me." Schneider did say that is USC were to show him more interest, it is a school that would interest in. "I've been to South Carolina," he said. "It's really nice down there. I loved the weather." Schneider has offers from Pitt, Louisville, Kent State, Bowling Green, Miami (OH), Air Force, Indiana, Toledo, Ohio University, Buffalo, and Akron. He is also hearing from NC State, Illinois, BC, and Wisconsin. He says he took a lot of visits but the two that have stood out were Toledo and Pitt. "They both treated me great," he said. "I don't think either visit could have gone better." As a junior he led his team in receiving with 16 receptions for 247 yards and two touchdowns. He does not have any favorites.
