BATH TOWNSHIP - Maybe next week the Ada football team will get challenged, because it sure hasn't happened yet in the playoffs.
The Bulldogs steamrolled another opponent, beating Pandora-Gilboa 42-14 in a Division VI, Region 22 semifinal at Bath Stadium. In two playoff games, Ada has outscored its opponents 98-22.
Ada (12-0) faces Delphos St. John's (10-2) in the regional final Friday at a to-be-determined site. Pandora-Gilboa finished the year 10-2.
The stat line bore out the lopsided score. Ada had 25 first downs, gained 424 total yards and averaged more than six yards per play. Faine completed 17 of 27 passes for 200 yards and 47 rushing yards in just less than three quarters of play.
