QB Jordan Miller
6'0, 210 pounds
Warren G. Harding High School
Class of 2010

After playing last year at nearby LaBrae High School (lived in Georgia the year before), quarterback Jordan Miller transfered to WGH to finish out his high school career. He wasted very little time in contributing as he went 13-24 for 171 yards & 1 TD, adding 74 yards on 15 carries & another TD, in WGH's season opener against East Cleveland Shaw (school of recent OSU commit Tyrone Williams), which ironically ended in a 24-24 tie due to bad weather.

Recruiting wise, Miller currently holds offers from Air Force (his leader), Iowa, and Kent State, with additional interest coming from Pitt, NC State, Coastal Carolina, and Bowling Green.

Hey Worm, what are your thoughts on that WGH-Shaw game? Heard it was pretty exciting until that aforementioned storm.

Offense dominated the night. Williams is the real deal, but Shaw has speed at every position. Harding missed out on a couple scoring opportunities, but their offense is much improved from the last couple years. In fact, Miller is easily the best QB that Harding has had since 2003 when they had Alex Engram. In fact, Engram has recently taken Miller under his wing and has been working wiith him.

Trust & believe that I can talk, talk, talk about the Harding-Shaw game. Many people around here don't realize that even though they don't have Harding's tradition, Shaw is a very solid team (went 9-0 in the regular season last year). They (Shaw) are in Division 1 now (D2 last year), and I won't be surprised to see them playing beyond week 10. Maybe we'll have a rematch in the playoffs?

On a side note, Shaw's band was great! It was like watching the movie "Drumline." Seriously.
