As of right now, Jackson has offers from Indiana, Wisconsin, Kent State, Akron, several MAC schools, etc. Ohio State is watching him closely, but I believe that they want to see a lot more than him before they offer (if they do). Transfering to WGH has helped because Warren JFK doesn't play against many good teams (WGH rolls JFK every year).
Jackson is averaging 13.4 points per game, and I'm guessing around 5-6 assists a game. He's not in a position where he has to score 20+ points a game for WGH to win, so don't expect Jackson to post Koufos/Diebler type numbers every game. With that being said, he has the ability to take over games when needed, which is what he did against Zanesville. The more successful WGHG is this seasson, the better it will get for Jackson because it will show what kind of leader he can be.
As far as football goes, it's still up in the air. He kind of wanted to play this past season, but he decided to stick to one sport for now. I know that a lot of people hound him about playing football, but I don't as long as he is happy (I'm tight with his whole family). He's "entertained" the thought of playing football again, but he's focused on basketball season right now. I'm sure that WGH fans would love to see him on the gridiron, but there is a HUGE difference between playing football at WGH than JFK. I know that Duane Long is really high on him as a football prospect, but we'll have to see what happens.
