Chris did not want to be measured/weighed at the 5-Star Academy but was eyeballed at 6'7 and around 300 pounds. He would like to receive offers from tOSU and Michigan.

This bothers me. There's always drama with the Trotwood kids. Freeman is almost mythical right now and gets taller with every report. And now it's almost like he's being purposefully mysterious in order remain an enigma. And then we wonder why the Trotwood kids don't get offers from Ohio State.

I would love to know what he really weighs. From his pictures a few posts up he looks a little heavy/disproportionate even for someone 6'7".

Has anyone seen Freeman play? Not starting until the last game is red-flag IMO.

Chris says he enjoyed tOSU's Junior Day and was told to be patient and he will receive an offer. His teammates are pushing him to commit to Michigan but he wants to check things out at various schools.

From the Nebraska site...has offers from Florida, LSU, Michigan, North Carolina State, Kentucky, Nebraska, Miami and Penn State. Michigan and Florida are recruiting him the hardest, followed by Ohio State. Will go to spring games at UM and OSU and wants to see Florida this summer.

Chris has offers from Florida, LSU, Kentucky, Penn State, Miami, Nebraska, North Carolina State, and Texas Tech. He will take numerous visits this spring and will attend tOSU's spring game.

I know we have Mike Adams as our future at LT, but in '09 we won't have any depth behind him unless Andrew Miller breaks out. I guess Xavier Nixon is a possability at the position, but does Freeman have the ability to play there too? I know he plays basketball and have heard he is very athletic, plus he is just huge.

Well Josh Kerr will be the backup LT in 2009 and if Adams goes down then Shugarts can play left tackle with someone else like Browning or Hall stepping in on the right side.

Says he will have a top top 5 only by the summer. He grew up following tOSU.

Although he denies a favorite, Freeman says he likes tOSU (no offer), scUM, Florida, Miami, LSU, Oklahoma (no offer) and Texas (no offer)
