He's a perfect left tackle. He's a technician....He's a tremendous athlete and plays basketball too......He?s just now getting the confidence and the understanding that he could be a dominating player

My greatest excitement playing football is when I hit people.....Greatest strengths are: drive blocking, pass blocking, and mental toughness

Interest From: Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Wisconsin

#46 Overall (Rivals)

Yet another player (along with Drummond [regardless of what Orange&Blue says]) that Illinois fans are very confident about...he will look around but they expect him to choose Illinois in the end...

I did not see this question until now......my apologies.

The Illinois offensive line loses two seniors from last year (Akim Millington and All-American Martin O'Donnell). They have one returning starter who will be a senior (Ryan McDonald) and two returning starters who will be juniors (Xavier Fulton and Jon Asamoah).

Other returning OL include Senior Eric Block (i kid you not on the name), RS Freshman Jack Cornell, RS Freshman Mike Garrity, Sophomore Randall Hunt, Sophomore Brandon Jordan, Sophomore Ryan Palmer, and RS freshman Craig Wilson.

Incoming signees include Graham Pocic (early enrollee), Tyler Sands, Jeff Allen (early enrollee), Corey Lewis, and Ryan Sedlacek.

These players will make up the two spots left open.

As far as Hill, as is clear, Illinois possesses a lot of youth on the OLine (gotta see if theyre any good now) and so i think it would be wise, imo, to redshirt. He certainly has the physical tools with his weight and size but i think it woudl be best if he got a year underneath him with weight training.

Jack Cornell coming off his redshirt year grew enormously and is mostly muscle now. I can see the same thing happening with Hill if he redshirts.

I think this applies to almost 90% of all D-Lineman an O-Lineman coming into college.

From O&B News...was blown away by the Illinois spring game, which reinforced his verbal. Talks about what schools are still recruiting him and says he will camp at Illinois as much as he can this summer.
