Victor will likely attend tOSU's spring game and summer camp. He is hearing from Travis Howard and Etienne Sabino about the Buckeyes, but he did transfer to a new HS. Victor is most interested in Ohio State, LSU, Florida, Tennessee, and most of the SEC.

From the South Carolina site...South Carolina and UNC have offered and thinks schools such as Florida, LSU and Ohio State might be close. Talks about Florida's junior day.

Film from Sunshine Preps and ScoutingOhio.

My take:

Impressive athlete but I'm not sure about the QB role. Inconsistent release and an average arm. He runs the zone read well and is dangerous in the open field.

That was my take as well, and with him only being 5'11'' you would have to think maybe WR, S, or CB...

Clemson Taking Interest in Florida Athlete

By Phil Kornblut
ATH Victor Marc (6-0 205) of Hollywood, FL has verbal offers from Clemson, Central Florida and Ohio State. He's also hearing from West Virginia, Georgia and Auburn. "I'm talking to Clemson about every other week to keep in touch with the coaches and to show that I might be interested," Marc said. "I don't have a favorite. I'm interested in what everybody has to say." Marc said Clemson offered in early March and plans to watch him in the spring before making the offer official. Marc has not visited any schools but plans to see Miami, Florida, Florida State and Ohio State. Marc plays quarterback, receiver and safety and prefers offense.

Wants to be a Buckeye extremely badly and believes they are close to offering him. Says he would play any position that they want him to.
I try to be a neutral observer when it comes to recruiting, but it's hard not to root for a kid like Victor to get a Buckeye offer.

Could play WR, Safety, quarterback, maybe even linebacker depending on how he bulks up.

I see this kid as a rb or s prospect here with i am sure a chance at qb if he really wants it.
Marc is 5' 11", 208 lbs, which obviously aren't ideal stats for a quarterback ... but that is almost exactly what Troy Smith measured coming out of high school, and he did "OK" as a Buckeye.
