i lived near there for many years, the school is pretty neat, and its located in a big city which makes for a decent scene.

Plus, don't they share some facilities with the Steelers? That's a pretty big selling point as well...

I agree with you on the # of OL offers UF... It sure looks like we shouldn't have any problem finding 4-5 of these kids to come here...

Film.

My take: Defense - has a lot to learn about technique, but a great athlete for his size. Plays very low and has a good motor. Tackling needs some work too...from these clips he seems more like someone who wraps and falls. Offense - his size, moreso his height, are much more obvious in these clips. Good speed for a kid his size. Overall - There are a couple of clips that stand out...I wonder if they aren't junior highlight and the rest are sophmore highlights, because it almost looks like two different players. Either way, I really like this kid as a defensive prospect.

The tackling was poor as he did kind of let the ball carrier fall into his lap...he needs to try use form and explode through the tackle. No problem though because the staff could easily iron that out. I loved how well he got to the next level on OL. He does have a great motor on defense and looks athletic. Good looking player and offer worthy.

From the Pitt site...Lucas talks about visiting Pitt frequently. He favors Pitt slightly.

I personally would rather have the Block O and then Goebel on the line. Michigan has a nice opportunity here if they want. Lucas still seems unsure about exactly who has offered and who hasn't.

The kid is 99.9% going to Pitt and I wouldn't doubt if it was soon. That Michigan site is dreaming.

Toney Clemons was a Pitt lock too, right? :wink2:

Michigan recruits PA like gangbusters for some reason.

I like UM's chances with Nix if Scot Loeffler is heading up that recruitment.

I disagree with this comparison...Nix's brother is there and he has been there over 100 times...

Doesn't even compare to Clemons who had a cousin at Michigan in Breaston...
