'08 OH TE Brandon Moore (Michigan signee)

Man Trotwood Madison seems to be producing some serious talent. I wanted Cumerland bad last year, and I wish things would have worked out better with Louis Izzary. I would love to see what an athletic TE can do in our offense. With the running game we should have, I can see a lot of open routes for the TE.

T-wood is producing some real talent and people from there really think their QB(Britt is his name I think)will make some noise this year. But the good thing about Moore is I've heard he is a great person and qualifying won't be any problem at all for him. I think an early offer is definetly in play here because we really aren't targeting any TE's this year other than Gronkowski and I highly doubt we get him, so we wouldn't be scaring anyone off.

An early offer is likely going out to Brandon. After the Gronkowski visit, we'll see where we are at with him and if we have a good shot, I think we wait. If we aren't getting him, I think we immediately offer. OSU is VERY interested in Brandon right now.

Early as in early verbal offer or early as in NLOID written offer?

At the very latest a NLOI written offer. OSU wants Moore and they aren't going to mess around getting him an offer. Like I said, it depends on what the staff's feelings are with Gronkowski. It appears we have a shot and I don't think the staff will offer until they know Gronkowski's status for sure. Some people from T-Wood have said that Moore has pretty much been told he will be offered by OSU.

I think he likes OSU... but Georgia does utilize the TE a whole lot better than OSU... and from that update it that sounds like that could be a very big factor... Moore would fit the mold of Ben Watson and Leonard Pope as big and athletic pass catching TEs...
