About time. I was wondering when DickRod would figure out about Britt, especially with Moore there and Shaw taking a visit.NFBuck;1081683; said:Rumor on a scUM board, via scout (blocked here at work) is that Britt is in Ann Arbor this weekend. If true, RR sure is feeling out a lot of QB's.
RR's been recruiting Britt since he was at WVU, so Britt was always on the radar.BGriffBuckeye;1081789; said:About time. I was wondering when DickRod would figure out about Britt, especially with Moore there and Shaw taking a visit.
I do remember that now actually. What I meant to say is when would he (Britt) begin to surface as a name for Michigan.HailToMichigan;1083291; said:RR's been recruiting Britt since he was at WVU, so Britt was always on the radar.
Perhaps the timing of the offer played into it... wanting to be somewhere he was wanted. Just a guess.ShakerBuck;1086756; said:any ideas as to why Britt would have turned down a scholly to TSUN (where 3 of his teammates were going) for Jackson St.? Weird

Britt's potential gets high marks
Greg Powers, midwest recruiting manager for Scout.com, has been watching Ohio high school football power Trotwood-Madison for years. The school had 10 players sign letters of intent to play collegiate football on Wednesday.
Powers was asked to evaluate the skill set of Jackson State signee Dominick Britt.
"He's a big, rangy kid who's just now starting to come into his own potential," Powers said. "He's just now starting to learn the quarterback position more and more. As he develops and gets older and has a greater understanding of being a leader on the field and running an offense, he's just going to get better and better.
"He's a guy that's able to make big plays happen. He may make some mistakes here and there, but his good far outweighs his bad. He's one of those dual-threat type of guys that the fans are really going to have a lot of fun watching."
