Rowell told me OSU liked him at DT, so I wouldn't expect him to be offered as an OL. Back to Stevens.

By BK... Marc got to talk to all of the coaches at the practice this weekend, and got to see the facilities. He loves tOSU and is also considering Michigan and Louisville at this early stage.

Marc was named by Sporting News (Aug 2006) as one of the top 10 lineman in the nation for the Class of 2008. Coach Payne (Marc's Coach) say he is the real deal. I think he may be right. He is a big boy

A little extra info on Marc...tell me this doesn't sound like a JT-type:
Marc's GPA is around a 3.8 (scored a 4.0 on his last report card a week ago) and has an ACT score of 26. He will be taking the ACT again in February 2007. He believes he can get it up to a 29 or 30. He did score a 30 on one of the four parts of the test.

The BPRT is working on a "Straight Six" with Marc...look for it soon.

High intelligence is a great thing for an O-Lineman to have... Ask Bill Belichick how important he thinks it is... He drafts his O-Lineman based on that characteristic...
