To many people were proclaiming this kid as a lock and now they looked like clowns. Granted the kid did take 5 trips to ND, I can't honestly remember the last stud from Nebraska to say no thanks to the Huskers.

“University of Nebraska-Lincoln Chancellor Harvey Perlman today announced he has asked UNL Athletic Director Steve Pederson to step down from the post he has held since January 2003. Perlman said he believes Pederson is no longer positioned to move the Athletic Department forward."

The move comes two days after Nebraska’s football team suffered its worst home loss since 1958, prompting widespread concern about the direction of the football program under Pederson’s most notable hire, Bill Callahan.

Less than three months ago, Perlman extended Pederson’s contract through June 2013.

Trevor has been a die-hard Husker throughout this process... His parents pushed for ND (which was why there was talk about him opening up) and it was rumored that UM was thrown in there so that it didn't look obvious... I think the only way he's not a Husker is if Callahan gets the ax...

Right, but wasn't the AD Callahan's bodyguard? The dominoes seem to be set up...
