Gabbert is supposedly having a terrible senior season. He was even benched at one point.

I thought he was injured and his younger brother was playing? I may be thinking about another QB but whoever I'm thinking of was on ESPNU.

You might be right about his injury, but I think he was actually benched in a game before that because he was struggling so badly. I know ESPN dropped him in their rankings because of his senior season performance.

Wonder whats going on at Neb. First Woods and now Gabbert.

Uh, their program is in shambles, Callahan will most likely be fired following the season (speculation) and they brought Osborne back in to replace their deposed AD. That should pretty much sum up the past 2 weeks.:wink2:

Gabbert, out of Parkway West in suburban St. Louis, is rated by Rivals.com as five-star recruit and the No. 3 pro-style quarterback in the Class of 2008. He originally committed to Nebraska.
