'08 FL WR/DB Brandon Harris (Miami Signee)

Scout $

Brandon says he is focusing on Miami, Florida, Florida State, Ohio State, Oklahoma, LSU, Rutgers, and West Virginia with the Gators and 'Canes recruiting the hardest. He says his decision will come down to where he feels most comfortable.

Did a very nice job limiting AJ Green in the game today, mostly underneath stuff and did not allow any big plays that I saw. Very quick and has good hips. Turned it off after he went out with cramps so I am not sure what he may have done if he came back in later but I was very impressed with what I saw and hope he makes it up here for a visit.

He did better! Caught a deep sideline pass and tight roped the sidelines about as good as anyone. two feet dragged in bounds for a completion. defensively a little loose but I too really enjoyed watching the game and Brandon Harris.

AJ was mostly limited by BTW's DLine and Reid McCollum's happy feet...he was open deep plenty of times.

Brandon was extremely impressive also but I wouldn't give him too much credit for Green's lack of a big play.

Brandon played tremendous, from what i saw, in his televised game last weekend. Getting him on campus would a great step in him looking at us much more closely. With Torrence's move to WR, depending on whether it's permanent or not, the staff may take a more active appraoch to corners, and Brandon is top notch.

The talking heads on ESPNU's recruiting show were raving about Brandon this week after the game against Summerville...FWIW.

Per Mike Farrell on Rivals Radio this morning...he feels that Brandon will be a 'Cane but that Brandon wants to see how the Shannon Regime begins before issuing a verbal.

Furthermore, to Wad's point, Mike also said that Brandon didn't have outstanding camps this summer, but his performance against AJ Green and Summerville was very impressive.
