My take? I believe these are only his sophomore highlights so it's hard to take away too much, but he reminds me of Clay Belton.

pretty nice film... he seems to have very nice arm strength, but his throwing mechanics could use a little bit of work. Something just seems funny to me in the way he throws the ball. Still with some good coaching, he looks like he has all the tools to become a great QB.
