Hard to gauge his level of interest - if I had to guess, then I would say it's in the "slim to none" range.

FWIW, recruits "linking" to the number one school has worked pretty well for Southern Cal....

Local Fox news just had a feature on Toliver's recruitment. Toliver said Florida coaches used negative tactics including trashing LSU's academics and graduation rates. The tactics had Toliver so concerned that he asked representives from his high school to go to LSU and investigate LSU's academics, especially concerning athletes.
