Didnt notice that.

I cant recall his name, but Texas Tech's QB did the same thing this year. Cody Hodges or something like that...

Video clips.

My Take: Poor video quality...however, Perci looked pretty impressive. Big frame and a live arm...he has some work to do on his throwing motion, but nothing that cannot be fixed if he does end up as a QB in college.

Pitchers keep coming in Phillies’ draft

The Phillies selected Ball State righthander Perci Garner with their second-round selection in the baseball draft.

As a junior this season, Garner was 5-3 with a 4.62 earned run average in 17 games, including 11 starts. In 74 innings, he allowed 74 hits, with 37 walks and 83 strikeouts. Opponents hit .270 off him.

The 6-3, 225-pound Garner also played football in 2007 and 2008. He was the third-string QB in 2008, but did not see any game action. He was the 77th overall pick.
