any news of late?
When a new update is available, it will be posted. I would guess that Jackson will spend the summer making a decision and announce at the end of summer.

and the 6-5 200lbs frame isnt going to hurt...crazybuckfan40 said:I am still telling you that his ticket to tOSU is through football and I will not be suprised if he leaves the June 23rd camp with an offer or soon after.
He obviously has speed as he won the 110 hurdles at state.

What position would he play. I ask, because he may someday outgrow the receiver position.
I belive if he plays football and basketball, his scholarship counts towards football.CBF - you DID say that was the ticket, and it's looking like you're right on! (Got any lottery numbers you care to share....)
Sounds like he could be this year's Chichester (85 schollies go alot farther than 14 schollies). And it sounds like he could be a contributor to both football and basketball. If we just brought him in on extra point and field goal attempts (to block the kicks), Tressel could get some service out of him, and keep him safe for the hardwood.
Serious question though, if he has a schollie to one sport, can he play another sport without 'taking up' another schollie in THAT sport? I think I read someone (another thread) say that if the wrestler from Texas played football and wrestled (he's here on a wrestling schollie ((?)) ) that he counts against football if he plays.........
Nevertheless, I like this Ohio-bred kid. He's got heart, and he's a Buckeye through-and-through, and isn't afraid to say so. He'll accept a schollie to play for someone else, but I read that he bleeds scarlet and gray. I don't care if he's NOT a 5*, I want him.
Or is there a downside that I'm not aware of out here on the Left Coast?

this thread has been bounced around, but the reason its stay put (or last time we had a lil pm thing about it) was he keeps showing up at basketball games. where he ends up who knows, hes a big kid, a nice kid and a humble kid ive had the pleasure to have passing conversations with him as stated i believe earlier in this thread.crazybuckfan40 said:LOL I tried to get this thread moved to the football forum, or have a thread started in the football forum when his video first came out.
As for the schollie I believe he will be put on football and then be able to walk-on to the basketball team. No matter what even if he doesnt play. I believe they put an end to this when kids were taking up track schollies and then walking on to the football team.
As for the rest I agree with everything you said.
