Joshuelle has been receiving mail from Arkansas, Ole Miss, LSU, Ohio State and Georgia Tech. At this point he is interested in anyone that is interested in him. He camped at Ole Miss this past summer. As a sophomore, Tuesno had 1200 all-purpose yards and 9 TD's. His season this year has been shortened due to the Hurricanes, but he has over 300 yards rushing 200 yards receiving and 5 TD's.

exactly...Chappel and Harrison are two classic examples...

Chappell and Harrison are generous to be listed at 5'8". It's not unheard of for a kid to grow between his junior and senior years though. He could very well be 5'11" next season. At already 185 lbs, if he adds some more muscle, that's a good sized DB. All speculation on my part, but we don't know if this kid is going to grow or not. Coaches sometimes have a feel for if there is a chance for a guy to get bigger. If he's still the same size at this point next year, then I would agree with you guys.

you are certainly correct and I am not trying to split hairs. but the truth is that he better hurry up and grow. he could be generously listed at 5-9 for all we know. the reality is that 5-11 is the shortest DB this staff has taken in the last 3 years (Whitner, Welch, Lane and Coleman...Russell, Washington, Underwood, O'Neal, Youboty, Amos and Jenkins were all 6-0 and above). regardless, there might be too much talent nearby to warrant a whole lot of interest in Joshuelle unless he is extremely special, which he very well may be. but with guys like Evege, Clifford, Torrence, Oliver, etc. all in-state next year, the staff can be pretty selective with out of state offers.

I agree with all that 45. I just didn't want people to start writing him off just yet. :) I talked to a guy from one of the LSU boards about him, and he said that he is very explosive. He sees him as a Skylar Green type. Slot WR and KR most likely.

From PelicanPreps.com...Joshuelle's coach talks about what a great kid, great player and great leader he is. He missed all Spring after a should surgery but looks to be back playing a variety of positions for East St. John next year.
