Remember, that time was as a sophomore...many of the big body types don't develop full coordination with that frame until their Junior or even Senior year.

Apparently, he has run an 11 flat in the 100 meters (as a freshman), which isn't exactly flying, but does indicate that the 4.73 forty time might be a bit on the slow side. As Grad said, he probably hit a growth spurt and needs to regain some coordination.

He looks like he has the frame to carry more weight. If he really is 220+ now
he could convert to a TE at the next level. Eleven flat in the 100M I think would be great for a TE.

He's a project and he looks pretty raw, but I think he's worth an offer from a big-time school like OSU/ND/UM/PSU, etc.. For two reasons, one he's a very good athlete with good size and growth potential. This guy could be a very good pass-catching TE down the road. Ontop of that he plays for the powerhouse program in the state of Indiana, never bad to get your foot in the door of a school like that when you are getting a player who has real upside like Robinson.
