Gordon, Johnson among Junior All-Stars
Stars from North Central, Franklin Central will play in 3 games against senior All-Stars
Eric Gordon of North Central High School and JaJuan Johnson of Franklin Central are among six area players selected for the 2006 Indiana Junior All-Star boys basketball team.

An Indiana Basketball Coaches Association committee made the team and coach selections and released them Wednesday through Patrick Aikman, game director of the Indianapolis Star Indiana All-Star basketball program.
The Junior All-Stars will play the senior Indiana All-Stars in three exhibition games as the seniors prepare for their annual home-and-home series against the Kentucky All-Stars.
The Junior games will be June 14, 20 and 22 at sites to be determined.
Gordon, a 6-4 guard, and Johnson, a 6-10 forward-center, are in the Core 6 group of players who will play in all three games.
The Core 6 will be joined by the South 6 for the June 14 game, the North 6 for the June 20 game and the Central 6 for the June 22 game.
Area players chosen for the Central 6 are Tyler Bruce of Tri-West, Jake Kelly of Carmel and John Ashworth of Franklin Central. Adrian Moss of Franklin will play for the South 6.
Dave Wood of West Lafayette will coach the Juniors. He will be assisted by Steve Johnson of Elkhart Memorial.
