The thing I think that Green is waiting on is whether or not Mcknight ends up there...
This is pure speculation on my part, but with Tyler and Mcknight who are also 5 stars, he might just feel that there is not enough carries to go around...

I don't know...having read his comments, he and his family seem pretty set on him going to USC. The lack of an official offer from OSU also speaks volumes in my opinion. And I didn't get the feeling that he was likely to take more visits. Obviously, something could change, but for the time being I would not be surprised to see the staff pursue other options. This is the time of year that a few names pop up out of nowhere and the RB situation could be one that plays out that way.

Do we need to persue more options though? I mean, even if Pittman goes pro, we still have Wellsx2, Saine and Herron... plus Rolle was a pretty good runner in HS.

I have felt all along that he would stick with USC, but always thought that he might really take a look due to the number of highly rated guys USC was bringing in.
As for a sleeper they are always out there and you have to love what our staff has done in terms of finding them.

LT played at a small school and was a quiet shy kid that did not get out and make a name for him. Also he was just one of those kids that slept with a football and loved nothing more than playing football and did everything he could to be the best he could be. If the staff finds a kid like that I will be a happy man. That is why I love kids like Pentello that want nothing more than to be the best football player they can be and just have love for the game.
