'06 Prospects

Being a newbie might be an excuse for a stupid question. Is there a link or a list of '06 recruits available? Something that might be updated on a regular basis?

In February we will replace the current 2005 prospect page with the new recruits. We have some threads going on '06 recruits now. Here are the links. We can add new players here and use this thread as a reference point until after signing day.

The reason I ask is because I hope some attention comes to a kid at my alma-mater(Kettering-Fairmont)

Cameron Campeau - Junior Tailback - 5'11" - 205 lbs.

153 carries, 743 yards, 11 TD's in 3 games (4.85 avg)

2nd only to Javon Ringer in the Dayton area...

The kid could be a prospect, but 4.85 per carry isn't very impressive for a potential D1 recruit.

I already have a 2006 recruit database started (like the 2005 one under the Recruiting Resources dropdown list in the red navigation bar). I will provide that to Clarity in a little while. Right now, there is no way to keep the databases updated regularly (thats' why the current list doesn't show the Amos and Worthington commit updates). But once we do, I'll provide the 2006 database. Besides, let's just focus on our 2005 class for now...

There is a rb named LeSean McCoy out in Pa thats going to be a senior next year. Already has film on him in Rivals, looks very good.

i saw 07 qb prospect dan ifft jr a couple of weeks ago. pretty impressive for a soph though it is hard not to as a qb in that type of offense against that level of competition.

very athletic kid, moves well and seemed to be a smart qb (go figure being the coaches son). arm isn't top shelf quality yet but it is very good for someone who is in the moped phase of driving.

as for 06 the best i saw so far was ray smalls of glenville. he was much more impressive in person than chris wells the one game i saw each of them.

never saw pentello but have heard good things. ifft has a bigger frame though from what i have heard.
