'06 PA WR Wesley Lyons (West Virginia signee)

scout.com$

6/23/05

Florida, Oklahoma, Miami and Ohio State are his top four teams. Ohio State and Miami are his favorites and it will come down to these two schools. Lyons mentions again that Miami does not have the depth at WR that Ohio State has and that is a concern for him, he wants to play early. He is torn between the two schools.

I hope Chichester committing doesn't dissuade Wesley from joining his brother as a Buckeye. Can you imagine Henton rolling out and having Chichester and Lyons as targets down field? No trouble seeing those guys. The offense would be 9 Buckeyes and 2 Redwoods.

Or...if Boeckman or Schoenhoft were playing QB, the ball would never have to go below 6.5 feet! The offense would then be 8 Buckeyes and 3 Redwoods. :)

This is the first I heard about UF going after this guy. Maybe because of Walls but I think we are looking at other WR. Hazelton/Harvin/Hornsby/Holland/Fayson seem to be the early list of guys we are going after.
Florida hasn't offered - OSU and Miami are still the teams to beat.
