Nate had an incredible performance at the Pitt 7-on-7 camp. He matched up head-to-head against Darrin Walls and scored 5 TDs. He also scored the gamewinner despite the fractured thumb.
that is impressive...especially against Walls who I believe is Rivals #1 CB...

Byham is an interesting recruit

He's gained about 20 pounds since his football season last year and still has the speed he always had. Kid could play on either side of the ball, be interesting to see which school snags him. He used to be under the radar due to his lack of size and his school is so small. He could really jump up the recruiting rankings throughout the year. Be interesting where he ends up.

A heralded visitor

Franklin tight end Nate Byham (6-4, 220), ranked as the top tight end by Super Prep Magazine and one of the top 10 overall players in the country, visited Pitt yesterday. He has had a number of scholarship offers, including ones from Southern California, Miami and Tennessee but lists Pitt among his top five choices. He reportedly will make his official visits before choosing a school.
