From BSB...Matt has unofficially visited Penn State, Pitt, and Akron. He feels OSU is pretty interested since he sent them his film. He plans to camp at Penn State and Pitt, and possibly Rutgers.

Their latest travels took them up to Pennsylvania, where a member of the coaching staff scouted Matt Marshall, a 6-1, 190-pound quarterback in the drop-back, pro-style mold...</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

From the North Carolinas site..........North Carolina recently visited Marshall and Rutgers, Syracuse, Boston College and Miami (FL) have recently showed interest. He does not hold any offers at this point and is wide open.

From Rivals.com...Matt has received phone calls recently from Minnesota, Rutgers (offer), Ohio State, Akron and Toledo. Most of the schools want to see film from this year. He plans to visit Rutgers officially on 11/4.
