Robert is getting plenty of interest from ND and tOSU. However, he needs to improve his grades. He will camp at tOSU this summer and plans on taking his time in making a decision.
duane long has edwards in his top 3 dbs in the state along with ray small (rivals 100 player) and kurt coleman. That's some pretty good company.

He is scheduled to take his ACT/SAT June 25th.

From the ND site...Robert joined Kallen Wade on his visit to ND for their junior day and Robert came away with an offer, contingent upon continued inprovement in the classroom. Robert still has Ohio State as his clear leader, Notre Dame second, and everyone else after that. Robert's coach expects him to commit early to whichever school he decides on.

I for one would like to see us offer Robert eventually. I think he is a hard hitting DB who could be a CB or grow into a safety.

i also liked the part in the article where his coach stated that he only remembers williams giving up about 5 completions all year, 2 of which williams hit the receiver, forced a fumble, and recovered it. One of those such hits was on Andre Amos FYI.

If he really does only camp at osu, I have to think he gets an offer contingent on academics.

We move on today with our countdown of the Ohio High top 100 with players 11-20. On this portion of the list, we find a quarterback on the rise, a couple of the state's top overall athletes, and we start to get into the great offensive line prospects everyone is talking so much about. Williams is considered the #20 prospect in Ohio for 2006. Williams may be the best punt returner in Ohio this year. He has an uncanny ability to get his hands on balls thrown his way.

From the Minnesota site (as opposed to the last update from the Syracuse site)...Robert would most like offers from ND and OSU. He plans to camp at OSU so they can get a better look at him.
