Raeshon has played strictly defense and special teams throughout his career, but will be used as a wide receiver this fall. He is a confident young man who is looking to get far away from home. He claims his speed, aggressiveness, and ball skills as his best attributes on the field. Raeshon is already qualified.

Raeshon was told by the Buckeye staff that his offer will arrive next week. He currently has tOSU, ND, and Miami as his favorites. He plans to decide before school begins.

Raeshon is from the same high school as 2005 Wake Forest signee Ted Randolph, who also had some early interest in the Buckeyes (but was never offered).

For some reason, Ohio State has been generating a lot of interest in the Carolinas this year. Maybe Grad is spreading the Buckeye gospel throughout the Piedmont region....

I would think our heightened presence in NC is directly a result of our two game series w/ NC St., both of which were highly touted games and generating a lot of interest. Of course, I'm sure it didnt hurt that we won both lol.

From the ND site...Raeshon has legit 4.4 speed and is a extremely quick. He is not an explosive tackler, but is adequate. He has offers from UVA, Clemson, UNC, NC State, South Carolina, Wake Forest and Notre Dame. This article indicates that while Raeshon has "strong interest" in OSU, they have not officially offered yet. ND, OSU and UVA are likely his favorites at this point.

I am going to edit the title of the post to reflect the fact that Raeshon's offer is a verbal one at this point...

Anyone know if he plans to come up to camp? Maybe that was the stipulation on the offer. Come up, perform on the top WRs and we will give you an offer.

I really like his size and speed combo but he needs to pick his tackling ability if he wants to play for the S&G. Maybe just a technique thing.
