PSU needed him on the OL, where they continue to struggle with player development.

I think RhodeIslandBuck's comment was referring to Penn State's practice of switching DTs over to the O-line. 3 of their starters last year went that route, and even with one of them (Levi Brown) graduating they may have 3 again this year if Elijah Robinson wins the starting LG spot.

Antonio Logan-El, who drew the ire of many Maryland fans 15 months ago by accepting a scholarship offer to play football at Penn State, yesterday said he will transfer to Division I-AA Towson this fall.
