'06 MD LB Navorro Bowman (Penn State signee)

I live near Washington DC and JoePa State is very popular in this area. So I would guess that Nevada is right to predict that JoePa gets Navarro. He's tight with Derrick Williams and it's a little closer to home than tOSU.

But re-reading the young man's quotes -- "grew up watching the Buckeyes, always dreamed of being a Buckeye, most playing opportunites at Ohio State, etc." -- I'm not entirely convinced we're out of it.

Would never argue with Nevada on anything ..but maybe the staff can pull a rabbit out of the hat on this one. TOSU has become the true "Linebacker U." after all.

From the PSU site...coaches from all three of Bowman's finalists will visit him this week. Frank Beamer visited him today. JT and his staff will be at Bowman's high school on Monday. He will announce on Thursday.

Hmmm... Sounds like he may actually be torn. Wasn't he supposed to announce today? If he is letting all three coaches get their final pitches in, then he may be having trouble finalizing his choice...
