A prospect starting to emerge in Illinois is Jim Moore, an offensive tackle, from Oak Lawn (Richards). The 6-foot-4, 305-pounder, is the best offensive lineman to come out of Richards since Mike Jones (Iowa). Moore has several schools interested in his services and he said there are seven schools at the top of his early wish list.

Notre Dame, Northwestern, Purdue, Central Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin, Louisville, Rutgers, Ohio State, Illinois are sending Moore handwritten letters. He does not have any offers at this point.

His favorites are Michigan State, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Purdue, Iowa, Illinois and Louisville. He does not have a leader.
