Personal Take:

Mario could be a legitimate prospect, but in my opinion, based on the recent string of southern prospects, the staff is networking. Mario is a solid prospect, but tOSU is not in desperate need for Safeties. Therefore, I see this as a bridge into the riches of the Atlanta region.
