From the Ole Miss site...Wesley visited Ole Miss this past weekend. He said Oxford felt like home. His last three visits will come down to Miami, Florida, and either Maryland or Alabama. Miami recently offered.

I would still really like to get this kid...his video is impressive.

I think it is kind of a stretch to have a 6'1'' te in D-I football.

Rivals has Wesley at 6'2" and Scout has him at 6'3". And if you've seen the videos he looks like he may even be taller than that. Keeping in mind he is only 17, I'm guessing he is not yet fully grown and could fit in as a TE or DE at 6'3"-6'4" by the time he is ready to see a D1 college football field.

Dominque Byrd, USC's TE, is only about 6'2, yet he can dominate when he's actually healthy enough to play. I haven't seen the video's, but if he's a good enough athlete and has the hands, why not try it?

Ok for some reason I was thinking he was only 6'1'' maybe I am thinking of McCarthy. My mistake.
