According to this article, we have been contacting him more recently.

Just wondering but why would we be interested in an offensive linemen whos 6'2 233 or a defensive end that size, thats .2 slower then me with a 5.22 forty, seems a little bit slow for a DE in my eyes and little bit light for an olinemen at the D1 level? The only other position i can think of is DT for this guy bc maybe he has the frame for that and is able to add a lot of weight like 60 lbs in 1 or 2 years, but he still seems too slow for that, the guy might be quite a worker on the football field but ive never seen him play, maybe his measurements are incorrect? honestly i might be being ignorant here, but i dont think im the only one wondering this

People said the same thing about A.J. Hawk. Have you ever heard of a DL named Alex Barrow? There were people pissed because he had an offer and committed last year. They said he was a stretch. If you watched the N/S game and the Big 33 game you know this kid has the potential to be the next Will Smith. He absolutely terrorized the Pennsylvania team. I think Alex will get significant PT next year as a defensive end.

His 40 time might be electronic. 5.22 for a guy his size isn't bad at all. The coaches know a hell of alot more than you and me will ever know. I think Tress knows a little about recruiting.

his insiders profile shows a 240 lb weight and a 5.0 forty, so that might be closer the truth but then again at Nike camp her was 6'1.5 233 and ran a 5.22 and i think that they do the 40 non electric at nike camps. And i dont know how good the comparing of of Alex Barrow and him b/c alex was 6'4 240 with a 4.8 under his belt. I do admit that im prolly arguing for the wrong reasons, bc obviously im a teenager, and the coaching staff is the coaching staff b/c they know what they are doing, so my trust is in them i guess
