What Naples? Rivals has him at 6'2" 220... and I am sure he gains some weight when (if) he gets here. He is plenty big enough.

Agreed. Fullbacks need a Nickey Sualua(sp) Mentality. Bulking up can be achieved in the weightroom.

Keep in mind Brandon Joe was a just touch over 6-1 220 when he signed with OSU in 2000, according to the O-Zone's Signee Archive.

I also second the mentality aspect. You cannot be a solid FB if you don't like to hit people. You have to be in the state of mind that you will block whoever comes intot he backfield. If you are a pretty boy who doesn't like the contact, well, good luck. Just because you are big doesn't mean you are going to like blocking. It is arguable that FB are the toughest guys on the team.

doubt White gets an Iowa offer. Iowa just got a commit from Rivals #1 FB in country in Kalvan Bailey out of Florida.

Anybody know if Jayson is still on Ohio States' Radar. Heard some things and was just wondering what FB OSU may be interested in this class??? He sure has alot of upsides and potential for the next level.
He sure has the speed and potential to bulk up his frame to be a good one. Kind of reminds me of Matt Keller.

Does Jayson White get an offer now? He can play either RB or S. Both positions of need and declining options. The kid seems like a player with a great work ethic and attitude. Plus, it sounds like he wants to be a Buckeye.

Believe it or not, there's other recruiting news besides Gwaltney, Wilson, and Ashley. Jayson White has verballed to Ohio University; some thought that he might get a late offer as the "big back" in OSU's class. All in all, a good pick up for the Bobcats.
