BIATCHabutuka said:it sounds like (and i haven't read it so i could most definitely be wrong here) that brandon harrison isn't feeling enough of the love and is looking elsewhere to get his love. it is really early in the process for this it seems, ideally he sees the light and comes back into the fold if the coaches ever in fact do offer him a scholarship. he does have all kinds of speed and coverage ability.
Cornerback Brandon Harrison of Dayton Chaminade-Julienne is having a fast spring, at least on the track anyway. Harrison has been flying away from the competition so far.
"We just had a meet (Wednesday). I ran a 10.68 100 and a 22.7 200," he said. "I'm really just waiting for some competition. I can't wait until states."
Harrison may run into OSU commitment Jamario O'Neal down the line, who is also a fine track athlete.
"I already beat Jamario O'Neal in the 55," he said.
Harrison is also busy on the football front as he is heading to Nike Camp tomorrow.
"I will be coming up to Nike but we are going to MSL (in May) too," he said.
Who is recruiting him the hardest?
"I would say Iowa, Notre Dame, Penn State, and Northwestern," he said. "They're all sending me hand-written letters."
Nothing has changed as far as favorites go though as Brandon is waiting to see how things go over the next couple of months.
"Nothing much has really changed," he said. "We got all these camps coming up and everything. We'll see how things shake out."
