  1. PG Mike Conley (1st Team All BIG, NBA All-Star, Oscar Winner, Minnesota Timberwolves)

Mike is right on schedule IMO statistically his rookie year is right on par with Deron Williams and Tony Parker. I also think their is a difference in going #4 to a team who completely decided to build around what you can and can't do ( Hornets/Paul) and to a team who expects you to only be a...
  2. NBA-NCAA Predicament

Another Problem OSU is on the quarter system which helps football but hurts basketball players. While the majority of schools end their semester at the beginning of May OSU goes on into June. While a guy like Mike Conley is going to classes and working out when he can find time, a guy like...
  3. PG Mike Conley (1st Team All BIG, NBA All-Star, Oscar Winner, Minnesota Timberwolves)

Conley If Conley Sr. is saying he is leaving then he is very confident Jr will go high.
  4. #2 Ohio State 64, Penn State 62 (Final)

The young guys played well in this game it was the upperclassmen who struggled. The young guns (Oden, Cook and Conley) all were shooting 50 percent or better the upperclassmen were all below 50 percent. It blows me away to watch Butler and Lewis combine for 23 shots and Oden only gets 8.
  5. OHIO STATE--68 TENNESSEE--66 (Final)

Stadium, If you look at the replay when Conley threw the ball away the defender grabbed his arm which caused the ball to come out, I guess he thought the refs would call a foul, they didn't. Conley has never been a guy to be careless with the basketball so to bench him after 1 mistake sends...
  6. C Greg Oden (All B1G, All-American, Defensive Player of the Year, Butler Assistant Coach)

Greg Oden and Mike Conley Jr are not signed as individuals to Reebok. Their AAU team Spiece is signed to a deal with Reebok, LN is also signed to Reebok. The same goes for Daequan Cook and Dayton Dunbar. Those players have a relationship with Reebok and Sonny Vaccaro. They will play in Sonny's...
  7. C Greg Oden (All B1G, All-American, Defensive Player of the Year, Butler Assistant Coach)

The jordan Classic is a Nike event, Oden is Reebok. Of course Nike decided to have a press release saying Oden was invited. Oden will play in the Roundball Classic and Mcdonalds AA game.
  8. Video Mix of Oden,Conley,Gordon from ESPN 2

If you didn't see the game on ESPN 2 here is a Video Mix http://www.ballislife.com/viewVideo.php?number=430&PHPSESSID=f5ae5b9c963710061f5a14abf913bde8
  9. Great Photos of Cook, Conley, and Oden

Go to www.tnl1.com click on Game Photos, then Adidas May Classic, or USSSA Nationals to view.
  10. Reebok Bigtime Video of Conley, Cook, Gordon, Oden vs Mayo Walker

That Walker play was late in the game with D1 up around 8 with 3 mins to go. He basically was holding the ball to run the clock down, the defender didn't come out until after maybe 30 secs of him just standing there.
  11. Reebok Bigtime Video of Conley, Cook, Gordon, Oden vs Mayo Walker

Unless something changes I expect all of them to be at the game with their families.

  13. PG Mike Conley (1st Team All BIG, NBA All-Star, Oscar Winner, Minnesota Timberwolves)

those rankings are a joke and shouldn't even be published to begin with. Richard Semaru is ranked 81st when he didn't score a point the entire camp. Eric Wallace is ranked really high and he had a lackluster camp as well. Mike Conley, Paul Harris, Greg Oden, and Damien James had the best camps...
  14. PG Mike Conley (1st Team All BIG, NBA All-Star, Oscar Winner, Minnesota Timberwolves)

those rankings are a joke and are far off from what I heard.
  15. Is this the best class ever

No one knows just yet I would put this OSU class over anything UNC can put together. The fact is you got a group of guys who have been playing together for years. Their is no feeling out between them. I don't think you can compare them to the Fab 5 just yet. What if they go to the Final 4 their...
  16. PG Mike Conley (1st Team All BIG, NBA All-Star, Oscar Winner, Minnesota Timberwolves)

I have been on this board a while now, and I started on Wakes board talking about recruiting in general as I do other boards.
  17. SG Daequan Cook (Ironi Hai Motors Nes-Ziona - Israel)

This is odd as Cook is a Reebok kid and Nike Skills camp is held the same week as the Reebok NBA Players Camp. I doubt Cook attends the Nike Skills Camp.
  18. PG Mike Conley (1st Team All BIG, NBA All-Star, Oscar Winner, Minnesota Timberwolves)

I don't know where you got your information from but it is not correct. Greg Oden played on the Terre Haute Stars AAU team. 6th grade nationals was held in Coca Beach, Conley Jr and his Arkansas Hawks team won his 2nd in a row in the title game they defeated Indy Riverside Oddbreakers who had...
  19. PG Mike Conley (1st Team All BIG, NBA All-Star, Oscar Winner, Minnesota Timberwolves)

Oden starting playing his 6th grade year and was terrible. He never started and no AAU team in Indiana that was a national level program wanted him. He never got big mins until 9th grade year. Cook didn't start until 9th grade year, who do you think was winning all of those tourneys/nationals...
  20. PG Mike Conley (1st Team All BIG, NBA All-Star, Oscar Winner, Minnesota Timberwolves)

Thats not true at all Conley punched his ticket long before Oden cracked the starting lineup on his AAU team.
