Reason #1 - It's free on Hulu
Reason #2 - It's a great documentary about a CFB game that had a huge upset - undefeated Yale was leading by 16 with 3 minutes to go and had to settle for a tie. The documentary shows the game in the perspective of 1968.
The cast includes -
Tommy Lee Jones - an OL...
Uh oh here we go again. He got his release from ND and is shopping around. Wiscy, San Diego State, and Utah look to be interested in him.

It's Army vs Navy on December 10 but the bowls are being picked December 4. How does it work out if they are both 5-6 entering the game and they don't know which one will be bowl eligible after? Does the Military Bowl just keep an open spot?
BTW this year they are both bowl ineligible.
That would not be cool if LSU lost some players due to a silly thing like academics. I bet Les will put his thinking cap on and figure a way out of this mess.

From what I have read the NFL will probably go on strike/lockout on March 4, so what effects will college football feel if there is a strike?
I guess ratings and attendance will go up, but could college football get NFL fans to be college fans even after the strike is over?
I didn't realize it...
Ohio State and Tressel have overcome difficulties with their cold weather location and their Big 10 conference to create a winning atmosphere in the Midwest.

If only we had better weather than we could climb up the rankings! Those sub-zero...
This debate has to be one of the stupidest things in sports. Do you think the Carolina Panthers will be cheering for the Atlanta Falcons in the playoffs? Will anyone in the NFC South care if the Falcons win the Super Bowl?
Divisions in the NFL are just like conferences, they are based on...
I'm going to be in Ohio for Thanksgiving weekend and I Really want to see the Michigan game. This is one of my life goals.
Right now Stub Hub has them for $200, should I buy them now or could they get cheaper? Any tips on how to get Michigan tix?
I was wondering. what if a player on a NCAA football team gets a bad injury and needs minor surgery or something. Who pays for the surgery and the hospital costs?
Do programs have health insurance accounts for every player? Or is the player under their family's health plan?
Since everybody grades the Big Ten based on our bowl games, we should grade other conferences based on their bowl games.
Pac 10-
Oregon State 20 BYU 44
USC 24 BC 13
Cal 27 Utah 37
UCLA 30 Temple 21
So far the most the Pac 10 has scored is 30, and UCLA only won by 9 against Temple.

I took a look at average Big Ten football attendance and I was surprised at how awful it is. Yes, the top 3 are always a good draw even in some of the world's largest stadiums, but there is a huge drop off after that. After you pass Wisconsin and Iowa on the list, you find out more than half...
What do you think the preperation is going to be like for the January 2008 Bowl?
How many practices are there going to be?
BTW, I'm looking forward to seeing a rested Beanie :)
It seems like every team around the country is trying to utlize the spread offense to negate mismatches. Drew Brees ran it at Purdue, Florida is running it with Tebow, we faced it at Washington this year, etc.
How do you best defend the spread offense?
1. What do you need in terms of...
