QB Kyle McCord (transfer to Syracuse, Miami Dolphins)

Agreed.... it does seem like that. It also seems like first round busts float around as starters for a few seasons, then kind of disappear, even though their best utility would be a no name back up. I guess they already got theirs but still kind of a bust.

QB Kyle McCord (transfer to Syracuse, Miami Dolphins)

The NFL is littered with mid. Perpetually horrible takes and talent evaluators, which allows things like McCord to potentially slink through a decade of backup. I can GM's saying thinking he is over 6'2 and has a strong arm. He looks like a NFL QB, so he must be good. Probably not the...

QB Kyle McCord (transfer to Syracuse, Miami Dolphins)

And traded by the Packers to the Dolphins.

TE Jelani Thurman (National Champion, transfer to UNC)

Granted it was against TCU, but he looked sharp. He looked like OSU fans thought he would look like in the Scarlet & Gray.

2027 OH QB RJ Day (Northwestern Verbal)

Yeah UHS has a new coach and young team.

    Jackson Cantwell (OL Miami FL.)

Unfortunately they have to be game to be part of the game. There seems to be a difference between a 5 star and anything less than 5 star tackle.

TN RB David Gabriel Georges (Tennessee Verbal)

    B. Robinson may have been the difference in 22 and 23. That loss was actually felt.

2027 AL DL Karlos May is a Buckeye!!!

    They have a finite budget.

2027 AL DL Karlos May is a Buckeye!!!

Rather have more of this than more of 5 star receivers.

2027 IN WR Monshun Sales (Indiana Verbal)

OSU fans should get used to having only 1 five star WR in every class. It has nothing to do with Hankton. OSU has changed their approach to NIL spending and putting more value to spreading the love around. Spending more in the trenches for example. I am great with the new approach. I think...

TN RB David Gabriel Georges (Tennessee Verbal)

The Vols are more shady like Prop Joe

TN RB David Gabriel Georges (Tennessee Verbal)

TN is all about paying off family members. It worked with David Sanders Jr, almost worked with Legend Bey and now they seem to be paying the unk's of DGG. Hopefully he goes to the Buckeye's, but don't color me surprised if he ends up with the Vols.

2027 CA QB Brady Edmunds is a Buckeye!!!

Also, Day proved he can pull a serviceable QB out of the portal if a hole arises.

I am not losing sleep over this lol.

OH DB Monsanna Torbert (Indiana Decommit, ttun Verbal)

It is evident that the kid was never really feeling OSU to begin with.

TN RB David Gabriel Georges (Tennessee Verbal)

I get that. My point is, I wouldn't blame the kid for chasing a bag. Valid point though that it only is really a benefit if the system fits and he wants to be there. He already lives in TN, so they at least have that. I guess.

TN RB David Gabriel Georges (Tennessee Verbal)

If true, unless OSU matches that amount, he should totally take the bag and play for UT. They have a decent enough program to get him to the league if he is as good as advertised. Just keeping it real. That is a life changing amount of money. However, over 3 years, I don't see how OSU can't...

2027 GA DL David "DJ" Jacobs is a Buckeye!!!

I suspect they can somewhat keep up, but they choose not to go there. Day has been on the record that if it is just about the money, OSU is not for them. I think they stay competitive throughout the players career.
