Mili, we have family in outer-Seattle area & have driven by UDub stadium many times. Attended a San Diego State game there a few years back. IMO, UW stadium doesn't compare to The Horseshoe, as it has modified open ends, and, at the time had rock-hard artificial turf. Fans were pretty mellow...
Beanie will run the huskies like the sled dogs they are. Weasels will, once again, go into their home game against Bucks, thinking they deserve to win. That attitude will not be helpful against the equal or better talent of Bucks in November. If the football gods lean our way we shall have a...
Brent stays secure in the broadcast booth in stiff competition. Of course, he's more likeable when he's on the Buckeye side of the 50...which has evolved over the Tressel years. He always strives for a catchy phrase that will stick to the wall.
Way too early to predict '07, imho. Wait til after summer workouts to figure out commitments to conditioning and accepting of teaching.
Our D will be impressive. Depending upon maturity of QB, the Bucks might well be formidable.
Screw the weasels!
Let's see? Hmmmm? Disasters I can recall? Uh, the 2-year long romance as an 18-year old, when the oneandonlyforever...departs for another.
Losing a best friend in combat...
Losing 2 nephews to drugs...
Gett'n fired when things were tough...
Oh, almost forgot...a resounding football...
I'm guess'n Dantonio will inspire MSU to play above their level of talent...especially for their big games. Weasels will have their hands (and feet)full.
Can't recall a TOP variance this poor for our Bucks.
Hat's off to the Gator staff and team.
Next year we start again. Last two years: 23-3; 1-1 in bcs.
This team, despite loss to Florida, has given us some of the best 2-year record in the decades old program.
One of the finest regular seasons in Buckeye history. For bcs final, all praise to the Gators. Better gameplan, coaching and playing. Quite impressive. The Bucks will be back, as will Coach Tressel, after a good night's sleep, and, some thoughtful analysis of tonight's whupp'n.
My thanks...
